Process Chart

RMB Steel Industries welded tubes using advanced, custom-designed tube mills. In this process, stainless steel strips—accurately slit to specified widths—are continuously shaped into tubes and welded using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding method. This fully automated process ensures exceptional precision. The strip edges are heated and seamlessly fused under a protective argon atmosphere using a non-consumable electrode, without the need for any filler metal. The weld quality is rigorously monitored by state-of-the-art electronic systems, which ensure consistent arc stability and precise alignment within a magnetic field.
